Electrodes

Postby Box » Sat Oct 25, 2014 9:56 am

Hi,

Can the reusable electrodes, which are available in your store, be used alone by placing them on electrode cable?
And for the pre-gelled electrodes, what is the purpose of the gel? Is it only to hold the electrodes on the body?

And If I want to power each sensor alone, What is the most suitable battery capacity you suggest?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

The reusable electrodes are also pre-gelled and self-adhesive, reason for which you just need to attach them to the body and snap them onto the electrode cable.

On the pre-gelled electrodes, the purpose of the gel is to improve the electrical conductivity in order to get the best signal-to-noise ratio possible.

To power each sensor alone you can use any 3.3V LiPo battery... the capacity really goes down to how much time between re-charges you'd like to have ;)

Feel free to contact us for any further question you may have.
