Splitting EEG Signal in different waves (alpha, beta...)

Postby lgruenewald » Sat Nov 26, 2016 1:05 pm

Hi guys,
currently im working on a bitalino EEG project and im getting one stable signal which is visible in Open Signals. Is it possible, to split this single channel signal into the different brain wave frequencies (alpha, beta, gamma, delta, theta)? I´m really wondering, because I haven´t found a similar project on the internet (that is based on bitalino).

Best Regards

Lukas

Hi Lukas,

First of all we'd like to thank you for choosing BITalino. Unfortunately, for the time being we don't have any libraries that we could share in order to help you do that.

Apologies for the inconvenience, but you'll have to browse for some third-party tool that enables you to do that. Perhaps a few starting points might be the following:
http://scot-dev.github.io/scot-doc/index.html
http://martinos.org/mne/stable/index.html
https://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/

Best regards,
The BITalino Team
