Can't connect

Postby has123 » Thu Jun 22, 2017 7:29 am

Hai. I'm currently doing a project regarding ECG. However, I can't connect my device to the software. Any idea of what is going on?
And also does low battery affects the data recording?

Hi there,

The first two screenshots correspond to a legacy version of the software, which should not be applicable in your case.

As for the latest version of the software (last screenshot), when do you get the error? Is it only when you press record?

Also, can you please let us know which variant of BITalino are you using? Is it a Bluetooth or BLE model?

Best regards,
The BITalino Team

Hai,
The error comes out when I press search button below, and also after I press the enable button, it says that no device is selected.
I'm using the Bluetooth model, http://www.bitalino.com/en/plugged-kit
