Hello from Portugal
We've recently released a comprehensive set of documents regarding the individual components which may be handy for you; these are available at:http://bitalino.com/index.php/learn/documentation
From what we know, the Arduino Nano works at 5V, whereas the BITalino blocks should run (preferentially) at 3.3V.
The Bluetooth block should be fairly straightforward to use, you just need to connect the RX, TX, VCC, and GND pins and have the Arduino UART set to 115200kbps.
In case you need any additional information from our part we'll be completely available.
